Conference Introduction

At a critical juncture of global climate management and energy transition, Brazil and China join hands to create a new paradigm of "Green Hydrogen Diplomacy", and uses green hydrogen cooperation as a link to reconstruct the global climate agenda. As a cooperation model among developing countries, the conference deeply integrates Brazil's abundant renewable energy endowment with China's leading green hydrogen technology, implements a full chain green hydrogen project. It covers hydrogen production through water electrolysis, hydrogen storage and transportation and terminal applications, and explores innovative models such as hydrogen electricity coupling and biomass hydrogen production. The cooperation results not only help Brazil's low-carbon transformation of its energy matrix, but also become the core issue of COP30, promoting the evolution of the global climate agenda towards technological sovereignty and industrial synergy. The event will showcase how China and Brazil have opened up new paths for low-carbon development through technology sharing, industrial revolution, and climate protection, and jointly draw a blueprint for a community with a shared future for mankind.
